You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. kasicuci7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account attributable to your failure to maintain adequate credential security. You agree to notify kasicuci7 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.
Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information — including misrepresentation of age — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. kasicuci7 reserves the right to void all transactions made under an account that has been registered with false information and to withhold any funds held in such an account pending legal review.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. kasicuci7 does not charge currency conversion fees as all transactions are denominated in MYR. Players using non-MYR cryptocurrency wallets are responsible for any conversion costs incurred outside the platform.
Players may submit withdrawal requests at any time subject to: (a) successful completion of KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements on active bonus funds; (c) the withdrawal amount not exceeding applicable daily or monthly limits; and (d) the Account being in good standing.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment instrument registered in the same name as the kasicuci7 Account. In no event shall kasicuci7's aggregate liability to any individual player exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or RM500, whichever is greater.

Upon termination for cause, kasicuci7 reserves the right to withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing has occurred, any withheld real-money balance (net of bonus funds) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
Players may request voluntary Account closure at any time by contacting kasicuci7 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to KYC verification.
